After he left, I noticed some rust stains towards the bottom of my columns and was not sure if it was due to the water running down my gutters during the pressure wash. I sent Ken a photo and without hesitation he drove all the back to my house (about 35 min) to take a look. It turned out it was rust from my sprinklers and had nothing to do with the job he did.
