I had them come back to cut down a lot of shrubs, a small palm shrub in front and some overgrown vegetation in the rear yard. They did a good job considering they couldn't remove the stumps because of water pipes in two areas. I was just glad it all was cut down. They also hauled most of it away but did leave some debris in the rear yard from a large shrub. They were reasonable on everything.

He swore that he would, and gave me his handshake on it. So, when he texted me approximately 2 months later to tell me that he was no longer going to weed the new beds while I was halfway across the country; sure, I suppose it can be argued that he gave me notice "in advance". I'd ask what the heck I was supposed to do at that point as flower bed upkeep labor is hard to find, particularly when you're not home. The photos show what it looked like when I left, and what I returned home to. They speak for themselves. As does the worth of David's handshake and promise.

She said her boss was the one who would come out to our property, listen to our questions, study the property and provide us a design. I asked if he had pictures of the plants to show us and we could discuss. We made an appointment and also purchased a palm to be delivered. The palm was delivered but he cancelled our consultation. We tried again, but no luck. We really like what we see at VISION 43 but need some consultations and a plan before we are comfortable making such an investment.

Hired Monarch Pavers to install a 10' by 10' paver patio, under our gazebo, which was previously a…read moregarden. Jose showed up right on schedule. Jose is one of the hardest working men I have ever met. Despite having to go and empty a trailer full of dirt he had to dig up and 2 trips for 2 trailer-fulls of paver base, Jose completed this entire project in less than 6 hours. Jose was meticulous with the measuring and leveling, continuously adjusting until all the pavers were perfect. Jose has super skill with the gas powered paver cutter and made some beautiful custom paver corners for the border. Besides pavers, Monarch can handle many other jobs including driveways, paver installation and sealing, paver repair, concrete, custom fireplaces, artificial turf, children's play grounds, yard grading and customer patios. Monarch pavers have earned my respect and I will use them for all my home projects. Mucho's gracias Jose! We are enjoying our new paver patio this same evening!

Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. Highly recommend you read the other unfavorable reviews.
