We had decided on a sunset shoot, Pamela suggested the time and location, but didn't know that the location would be closing 15 minutes after our scheduled shoot time. We scrambled to find a backup plan in the area, and she offered no opportunities to reschedule. I paid for a shoot that included "unlimited photos," but she didn't send me many of the photos I remembered taking, claiming that they didn't have any more images and that the lighting was difficult for them to manage. She then tried to charge me over than double what I had already paid for the shoot for specific file types, editing, and more.
