When I did my initial research and consultation, I was very impressed by Dr Dillion's level of professionalism, knowledge and expertise. His team (especially Elizabeth, who worked with my case almost exclusively) was responsive and helpful from start to finish with just about every need I had. Elizabeth is AH-MAZING at taking care of client needs. She has a great disposition, she was available at all times for questions/concerns even via her personal cell. Elizabeth is a great asset to the team. My procedures and recovery were a lot tougher than I'd ever imagined; but they helped me through. Follow-up care from their team is superb. The pandemic hit in Feb 2020 and it closed the lines of communication. I continued progress by developing healthier eating & fitness goals. Today I look at my body with a confidence I never had before my procedures with Dr Paul Dillion!. His work has been a stepping stone to living a healthier, fit lifestyle and I love it. As someone that has been getting Botox for 10+ years and worked at a MediSpa for 5 years, I would like to think of myself as a self-proclaimed expert on the matter. Right away, Michelle asked exactly what area I wanted to treat and gave me her ideas. The injections were very quick and painless. Afterward, she reminded me of the care instructions (no exercise, raise your brows a ton, stay upward, you know the drill!) I felt so comfortable and will certainly be back to see her. Then she told me that consultations were done via zoom which I had no problem with. But she told me she was not sure how to set up the virtual consultation. I couldn't understand how they could offer virtual consultations if they didn't know how to set them up? Then she kept telling me that there was a "girl" who sets them up. Clearly there were language barriers. I was emailed from an undetermined email a number of days later, with no heading from the email, no practice insignia, address and not even the person who emailed me signed. She asked me if I was still interested in the consultation and said yes. I was told I would be sent a zoom link the DAY of my appointment in the afternoon. I was also told that even though the appt is made at 5:30pm the doctor may not show up a tithe time and he might be late. The day of my appointment I received a TEXT with another person's name confirming the appointment. I texted them back letting them know it was the wrong person. The person who texted apologized, misspelled my name, and had spelling mistakes in the text. She then told me I would receive a zoom link later on. This is starting to sound like a horror story. Then I get texted saying that the doctor wants ME to email HIM with a zoom link. What kind of practice/doctor would ask a patient to email them a zoom link for a virtual consultation? This is of course contradictory to what I was told would be done. What a complete joke. I cancelled my appointment as if they can't even get a simple consultation right, who knows what kind of results can be obtained from a surgical procedure. No thanks. The woman who texted me told me how they were "too busy" to set up virtual consultations. What a joke. Clearly not up to medical and adequate surgical standards in my opinion. As a physician myself, your staff can make or break you. While I have never met the physician himself nor do I know what his abilities are, his staff is clearly an atrocity. I've experienced complications such as fat necrosis and an ear infection following the procedure. The ear infection was directly related to the permanent suture that was left at the incision site, requiring frequent follow-up visits every 1-2 weeks for removal. These visits were quite painful as no numbing was used. I left the office crying every time. I've had some issues with communication and support from the office. After filing a complaint with the hospital, they recommended that I bring my husband to my next appointment. However, when we arrived, they did not allow him to accompany me into the room. I've never had issues with doctors in the past, but I found Dr. Placik's demeanor with no compassion. Post-op he was extremely rude, mean and dismissive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him for any procedures and services.

I went for my surgery yesterday and met with a different nurse who was INCREDIBLE! So sweet and really too her time explaining all my meds and how to care for my body after the surgery. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
