We put our trust in this place and in these Dr's to be completely and utterly disappointed. 1st surgery was a breast reconstruction surgery and we noticed the Incisions bigger than usual and her breast spread apart and not sitting right. 2nd surgery was an arm lift and after surgery same thing, Incisions bigger than usual and some keloid. 3rd surgery was a complete body lift. From my understanding in between these surgeries the dr would reassure my wife that everything is done in sessions. Long story short my wife got her arms done 3 times by dr Ashpole and no difference from the first surgery. We've gotten 3 different opinions and all have said this Dr. Has done a horrible job. One leg is bigger than the other. One leg no keloid and healing ok but the other is bad. She's got a ball on the back of one of her arms. I went there to speak with the owner to make light of all this and with hope of getting a resolution. To fix her. Dr. Garg got loud with my wife by the entrance until he saw me. Took us to his office but the conversation didn't go anywhere. He kept insisting we speak with Ashpole and giving us the run around. At the end told us find someone to fix her and he will pay for it. We've found several Dr's that would help her but after trying to contact Dr Garg he was nowhere to be found. Secretary finally told us that he stated he's not responsible and has nothing to do with Dr Ashpole. WOW!! 2 weeks later we received a letter from Ashpole stating that he can no longer see her. I went again to talk with Dr Garg and the secretary told me he's not in will be back at 2pm. I came with my wife at 2 pm to find out they called the police and said I threatened them. This place is the worst of the worst!!! The nicest people at first until they get your money. There all about money and they don't care about patients. Be careful what you ask for, they will do what they want with you and say that's all they can do. They are lairs, cheaters and thieves. BE WARNED!!!! He changed the business name to Bradley Ashpole

Then she told me that consultations were done via zoom which I had no problem with. But she told me she was not sure how to set up the virtual consultation. I couldn't understand how they could offer virtual consultations if they didn't know how to set them up? Then she kept telling me that there was a "girl" who sets them up. Clearly there were language barriers. I was emailed from an undetermined email a number of days later, with no heading from the email, no practice insignia, address and not even the person who emailed me signed. She asked me if I was still interested in the consultation and said yes. I was told I would be sent a zoom link the DAY of my appointment in the afternoon. I was also told that even though the appt is made at 5:30pm the doctor may not show up a tithe time and he might be late. The day of my appointment I received a TEXT with another person's name confirming the appointment. I texted them back letting them know it was the wrong person. The person who texted apologized, misspelled my name, and had spelling mistakes in the text. She then told me I would receive a zoom link later on. This is starting to sound like a horror story. Then I get texted saying that the doctor wants ME to email HIM with a zoom link. What kind of practice/doctor would ask a patient to email them a zoom link for a virtual consultation? This is of course contradictory to what I was told would be done. What a complete joke. I cancelled my appointment as if they can't even get a simple consultation right, who knows what kind of results can be obtained from a surgical procedure. No thanks. I've experienced complications such as fat necrosis and an ear infection following the procedure. The ear infection was directly related to the permanent suture that was left at the incision site, requiring frequent follow-up visits every 1-2 weeks for removal. These visits were quite painful as no numbing was used. I left the office crying every time. I've had some issues with communication and support from the office. After filing a complaint with the hospital, they recommended that I bring my husband to my next appointment. However, when we arrived, they did not allow him to accompany me into the room. I've never had issues with doctors in the past, but I found Dr. Placik's demeanor with no compassion. Post-op he was extremely rude, mean and dismissive.
