Capping off our chimneys and repairing a big portion of the roof. A 5k job. The chimney caps blew off les than 6 months after being put on and they were weighted down with bricks that flew into the adjacent parking lot and could have struck a car or a person! the roof he repaired is leaking terribly. Worst of all he wont return my calls to get any thing fixed. He has forced me to contact the BBB and post bad reviews everywhere i can , hopefully this way no one else will spend money for nothing. The leak in the roof has caused our neighbors celing to collapse and now there is more damage!

Image Roofing put a roof on for me approximately 10 months ago. In that time, I have had to…read morecontact them on two separate occasions. The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. I reach out to him and he apologized, said he had been doing "training" in Dallas and came out later that day. I'm not sold on the leak fix, but he said he would be back for the section of shingles that blown off. He never contacted me back. Shayne comes off as a very nice and apologetic individual, but twice he has "forgotten" to follow through with what he has told me. I think if you have no issues with your roof, this company will leave a good impression, but if they need to fix anything, good luck. I find this an unacceptable characteristic for the owner of a company. I cannot recommend this company.
