My neighbors called me multiple times to let me know he was up there. When I told the salesman about it he said it was one of his workers that was just short. They left tar on the side of my house. The work was completed Jan 29th and I am STILL picking up nails from my yard and gutters. He was supposed to replace some gutters, mine are 4" he replaced them with 6" gutters and where they met with the smaller gutters look terrible. The Salesman, Sam Wells assured me he would check on the progress throughout the day. When I asked him he said yes he was there, when I checked my ring doorbell he was never at my house. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I gave…read moreMr. Godwin the statement of work from my Hurricane Ida insurance claim, which included roofing and siding. He performed only the roofing and not the siding, which I didn't notice at the time. It was also not possible to see the top gable that was repaired, which seems to have been done well: however, they didn't repair the stack, which is actually a part of roofing repair. On one slope of one of the repaired gables, the shingles began flapping in the wind within two months. Several weeks after my complaint, Mr. Godwin sent his brother out to "repair" the loose and missing new shingles, but he used shingles of a different color for the repair. It looks absolutely awful...like a teenager did it. I complained to Mr. Godwin, who promised to come and rework the repair. That was three or four months ago. Of course he's got all the insurance money, so now there's no hope that he will return for the rework effort. He is a very nice individual, but I find the workmanship and business ethics below par.
