DO NOT GO HERE. Gas was $7.99/gallon, inflated more than 150%. This is not a mistake, they are scamming people. Find another gas station!!! Thankfully we didn't fill the whole tank, but still, total waste of money!

I'm sorry but price-gouging tourists is a no-go. $8 a gallon for regular gas and $9 for premium. Was in the area because of the Courtyard/Fairfield Hotel and which was right next door. Came into the lot and saw the sign which was almost hidden behind bush. I think personally couldn't believe it and had to go to the pump to see if they were lying. They weren't, $8 for a gallon of gas. I'd be surprised if no one looked at the sign before paying and actually put gas here. To tourists reading, this isn't normal gas prices, stay far away from it. Head to the Chevron or Wawa (has great food). No idea how this business is still open.

That owner should be ashamed of himself, we were visiting from Canada and needed gas we didn't look at the prices though it was like anywhere else until I put 20 dollars in and though wow that was fast to fill then saw the price, 7.99 a gallon my wife and I were angry what a waste of money, STAY AWAY US FROM PETROL

As you can probably gather from the other terrible reviews on Yelp, this station is an absolute con. When i pulled in to fill up, they were charging $6.49/gallon for mid-grade gasoline. This place is a scam and, in a just and fair world, wouldn't exist. read more

Jerks. These guys try to trap unsuspecting tourists into paying a two dollar a gallon premium on their gas. The clerk at the front desk was quite expecting my appalled attitude as I stormed in and asked her if she was seriously charging $5.79 per gallon of gas. She confirmed that she was. And to my incredulous, "How the hell do you think that's OK??!?" She simply responded, "It's a private business..." I was smart enough to look before I pumped, but i know others aren't. Totally not her first time. I made a point to tell someone who had just pulled up that the gas was horribly overpriced. I'm not from around here, but Orlando people, I read an article about your mayor trying to pass some sort of legislation about this. I recognize that price gouging, in its legal sense, requires an emergency to be present, but this is still something that should be reviewed by your city's elders. It's horrible business and just makes Orlando, Florida (and by default, the US) look like greedy a**holes. read more

I had a Shell gas card and I was on my way home after a convention in Orlando and needed to get gas. WOW was I shocked. Like all of these other reviews I found the price was more than double other stations at $5.99 a gallon. If you do buy their gas it has to be old because how often do they sell it??? Beware!! read more

Shell Corporate should seriously consider removing this franchise. $5.99 per gallon is highway robbery (although a customer has a choice and the owner/manager also has the freedom to set prices). I actually saw people putting gas in their tanks! Ridiculous! When I asked about the price, the clerks simply said they just worked there. Yep. The clerks could have cared less. I guess they are masochists. I suggested they quit and find jobs elsewhere rather than be complicit in price gouging. So, I put gas in my tank at another station, another brand, at less than half the price. read more

I had just loaded up my family into our Dodge Grand Caravan after a magical day at Magic Kingdom. We had done everything we planned to do and Mickey even blew my daughter a kiss goodbye on the way out! Anyhow, we were driving back to our hotel, the Marriott right across the street from this station, and I realized that our tank was almost empty. I dropped off my family at the hotel and went back to fill up my tank, since the car was due back the next morning. And let me just say this: WOW! What a great value! I couldn't believe what a deal we were getting at this station. It was the perfect ending to a perfect vacation. We'll definitely be fueling up at this station on our next vacation! read more

Total scam!!! Crooks! Charging $6.999 for premium!! Do not go to this station!! The pump did not print a receipt...probably because they don't want you to have proof. I went in to get my receipt and then I emailed it to Shell Corporate with a complaint against the station. read more

PRICE IS $6.99 P/G please avoid this Gas station. We trusted the Shell logo and it's reputation, we are from Miami and we do browse for gass prices but we never encountered such a problem. If you are a turist please make sure to double check before paying. The biggest red flag is that if you are paying by credit card, you will get a fraud alert. Because if you have a business and get lots of charge backs, merchant services will not allow you to get payment unless is y debit. PLEASE BE AWARE! read more

Wow! Was on the phone pumping 93. After 10 gal I was up to $76 and change. It was my fault for not paying attention. Something should be done about this. I know the price is posted however when 1000 other places are the standard price, I would expect most other places to be the same or close to it. Double the price is ridiculous. SHAME ON YOU! I was ripped off by this Shell station. They charged 6.99 for a gallon of gas. I did not catch it because the price is not posted anywhere on the pump, just a sign on the ground by the road. I had been paying attention to prices in the area all week and they were all appropriately in the $2.50 range so I mistakenly didn't look when I pulled in. I take responsibility for my error but you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging this price knowing you are in a tourist area where people have other things on their mind like driving an unfamiliar car on unfamiliar roads. Obviously you know exactly what you are doing and don't care since it's been going on for years. I will never use a Shell station again and I will rest easy knowing you have some nasty Karma headed your way, if it hasn't hit already. You should be ashamed, Shell should be ashamed to be associated with you and the city of Orlando could step up and do the right thing too, BTW. read more

We pulled up to this location after googling it on google maps. Shell brand gasoline is our favorite and we try to be loyal to the brand. As I pulled up, I thought my eyes were failing me when I saw $5.49 per gallon for gas. Currently, gas is averaging $2.49 where we are staying. I figured it must be some mistake as I slowly pulled up to the pump....it must be! However, my eyes were not failing me and the sign posted was correct. This location was charging $3 more than any other gas station we passed. I was a bit upset because I would now have to betray my brand but we had a rental so I quickly found the next gas station. I was perplexed, to say the least! I couldn't understand why this station was charging so much. After a brief read of a few reviews, I discovered someone who says that the owners were upset that they had to have a gas component to their convenience store. I get that, but price gauging seems a bit unfair just because people may not pay attention. In fact, as I pulled away, I saw a few victims in the lot. I felt bad for them because they were probably tourists like me...just needing to fill up a rental. How sad! read more

I was tired when I pulled in and started pumping but noticed the price over $14 at about 2 gallons so I stopped and went inside to question the price and the man behind the counter placed the blame on his boss. This guy is s classic scam artist. He should go crawl back into the hole he crawled out of. I would give this place a negative rating if possible. read more

BEWARE!!!!! I was in Orlando last week and stopped to get gas. I wasn't really paying attention to the price per gallon simply because in my experience the prices are relatively close between stations in a certain geographical location. I started the pump and when it clicked off I was SHOCKED to see that it took $95.00 to fill up my car (15.836 gallons). I looked at the price and your station was charging $5.999 per gallon! That is over $2.00 more then any other station in that area. I watched them all during the week to see and they were all in the $3.00 range. I should have known when nobody was at the stations and others were full that there was an issue so my fault. Shame on Shell for allowing this station owner to gouge it's customers. read more

This location was clean and had friendly staff who were very helpful. I would return here again.

Unsuspectingly got duped by this gas station today. Charged $5.89 for gallon compared to area average of $2.38. I can think of many words to describe the low life's that own this place but won't lower myself to the degree they obviously have to run a business that is so blatently ripping people off. As a regular overseas visitor to Orlando I got caught with this on the last day of my vacation and I have to say it has left a sour taste. The authorities in Orlando need to do something about this place as it's clearly just quite blatently ripping people off and reflecting very badly on the city. I'll never know who the individual behind this vile business is so all I'll Say is I hope life repays them accordingly in the future and in the meantime maybe Shell should do the right thing and stop supplying them with gas as this place sure ain't doing they're image any good. read more

I am so disgusted that these criminals have been doing this for years. Complaints dating back to 2011. Unfortunately there are no laws in Florida to prevent this type of practice. Shell Corp obviously doesnt give a shit either. If you complain to them, they will hide behind the "Franchise owners are independent and can charge what they please" excuse. They could care less that their company name and logo, and reputation are on the line. What a horrible fucking organization. I am never giving any Shell gas station a cent of money ever again. If I run out of gas in front of a Shell, I will walk a mile to another gas station. Fuck these criminals. read more

Negative stars. Apparently this guy is a legal criminal in Florida. Scum of the earth. Luckily we stopped the pump quickly after seeing the price at the exit. No indication of price as you pull up to pump. This is no different then stealing from my wallet. When I questioned him he said Shell Corp sets pricing. I immediately called Shell and they said he is a local Franchise and can set his own price so he is a liar as well. I filed a complaint with Shell Corp. read more

I've never visited this station in my life. But after seeing $5.99/gallon for unleaded, I never will! I'm from Wisconsin and I just wanted to comment on what a piece of manure this guy is. Ripping off innocent people for some cold hard cash. The next time I am in the Orlando area on vacation I will make sure that this guy never gets my business! My bank card was used at this location. With out me ever being in this location and the amount was outrages. Do not use your bank card here as i do not live in Orlando and this is the location that used my bank card info while me living in a complete other CITY. Fraudulent activity and it has been reported.
