All communication from the rep., Ruby E., ceased once they got my account for the HOI. But I was under the assumption that my bundle was honored since they were listed on my escrow. I sent an email and called for confirmation on the 26th. I received a voicemail on the 28th that no auto account existed. From the 31st to 4th, I called and left voice-mails that were not responded to. I had to go through state farms general customer service representatives to, utimately, get connected to my agents office. Multiple dropped calls, dead ends, and transfers just to finally connect to Ruby. I expressed my frustration of the situation, detailed how there was an oversight with their office (i clearly conveyed my intent to bundle my auto and house in the original email communications to ruby). I simply get a "sorry for the miscommunication," we can get the auto insurance for today and we will issue the discount for your home insurance through the mail. When inquiring on my auto insurance being back-dated, given that it was the office's lapse in fulfilling my preference, they said they could not help in that regard. If she couldn't fix her mistake, why did I have to be funneled back to her to purchase my auto insurance when any rep. should be able to achieve that task? This could have been done on Nov 1st. The lack of concern for my frustration and stress was astounding. I forewarn anyone who is seeking insurance through this office.

My wife let the battery charge for 30 minutes and completed a few errands and our car started each time. I ran the battery charger all night but this morning the Honda didn't start. Called AAA and their phone system is fair since it took only 3 or minutes to assign battery service that doesn't allow for requesting a new battery. What's helpful is the tow company texted me their name, so I called and explained why I need a new battery. Aguirres towing in Apple Valley advised me the technician will call me in 30 or 40 minutes to let me know if they have my battery in stock, if not they get there shipment's tomorrow. This sounds reasonable.
