Hope you don't get Krista as your agent. She is difficult to reach and when your property gets robbed, you get very little help from her. She does not offer any support, you have to call and e-mail repeatedly to get any info. You feel like she doesn't have time for you. She doesn't seem to know how things work and doesn't find out for you. When you get robbed, you are on your own. This company won't help you, they just collect their fee and you will need to figure out what to do by yourself. read more
