sweet little vineyard that also does a whole roast pig on thursdays and fridays in the summer. it's 189kr for all the pig you can eat, as well as warm brown sauce, potatoes, and a 'meh' salad bar with the usual suspects; arugula, marinated garlic, cucumbers, etc. if you must have some greens to offset the guilt, be my guest. but if you're wise you'll stick to the creamy potato gratin and oven-roasted potatoes. the pork is very good and there is a lot of crackling. there is also an ice cream bar as dessert, but the quality is not that great. take another serving of crackling instead! (; the wine tour is also a nice activity. the guide is very informative and entertaining and will show you his lovely pig that is enamoured with diet jolly cola (don't worry; you won't be eating her). the wines themselves are unfortunately not that special but they aren't awful. you MUST take a bottle of honningsyp, however. read more
