It could be perhaps the kitchen was very busy. But many of our family members were hungry. I ordered the schnitzel with white asparagus. It is white asparagus season! And for my baby the spatzle with mushroom sauce on the side. Baby loved the spatzle! And I loved my dish as well. Except the white asparagus has this heavy cream sauce which I would've liked without it. Other than the tremendously long wait for the food, it was a lovely Mother's Day with family in this brewery!
