Sure enough, we made an appointment to Cachet Hair on Wednesday and the gal hairdresser Yin gave my son exactly what he was looking for. She was friendly and totally nailed it. My son was really happy and she even gave him the fade that he wanted. We plan on coming back next year for another haircut hahaha Thank you again!!!

He really knows how to cut hair really well and gives you opinions and options. His assistant however, I don't think she knows how a balayage works. I wanted a dark red balayage ombre. I showed the assistant pictures of how I wanted the colour of my hair to be like but when it was done, my hair didn't have a gradient. Also the inside of my hair didn't have much of a transition from going black to dark red. In my opinion I think this salon is a great place to get a hair cut but if you are going to get colour done such as, a balayage it's best to look for another place.

I appreciated his detailed approach. One thing I will note is that they are very straight forward with their service. English is not their first language.
