It's two floors of gorgeous Italian and international design, from the big brands such as Moschino, D&G, Max Mara and Celine to smaller local brands. You'll find everything from big gala dresses, amazing shoes, hats, bags, scarfs, shirts, skirts, casual wear, coats and jackets - there is also a decent mens section that Ulrik loves to ransack. Whenever I go to Corso Como, I spent at least 2-3 intense hours going through thousand pieces of clothes - I went a week ago and managed to buy the most beautiful Max Mara winter coat for just 315 euro and gorgeous wedges at a bargain price of 70 euros. Ulrik covered his entire winter sweater demand with just 350 euro! The place is large (not American large) and still, they've managed to squeeze in a lot of clothes and stuff in the space available. And the quality and selection is so good that I've never had the displeasure of walking out empty handed. I just love this place :-)

Extremely disappointing experience with Prada online customer service and product care…read more I sent in a jacket for minor restoration, and it came back several sizes smaller, with bent zippers, damaged pockets, and torn fabric. A similar issue happened earlier with a Prada bag - returned with a completely different zipper pull than the original. (The bag was purchased in Milan, while the jacket was ordered online. I've also shopped at Prada stores in Munich and Paris, where I've received proper service) Throughout the jacket process, I spoke with multiple representatives, none of whom could help. Everyone just redirected me to the same email address, which rarely replies - and when it does, it's anonymous. Not once did I receive an apology. I have never received such poor and indifferent service from any brand - not even from companies whose products cost a fraction of Prada's. It feels like no one takes responsibility, and customer care is simply not a priority. I did receive a full refund, but resolving the jacket issue took nearly a year through the Italian consumer dispute office. Communication proved to be nearly impossible.

No idea what happened there, but we had to disembark at Amendola and walk up the street a bit to reach City Life. I do wonder. We were meeting my lovely friend here for a coffee and long over due visit! We stopped in to a coffee shop that serves Illy brand espresso. If you know espresso, you know about Illy. After that we went to the grocery store to buy a needle and thread. A button fell off a coat. The grocery store is just as nice as ever and has absolutely everything. Including my needed needle and thread! Next we walked all around the shopping mall. It was busy for a week day and all the store fronts are filled! Eventually we found a seat and visited for a while until my friend had to leave for a party. She walked us back to the Amendola station via a more direct and pleasant route through a neighborhood. City Life Shopping District mostly serves the many apartment dwellers who live all around Tre Torre. (Some of these are multi-million dollar apartments) Besides coffee shop and grocery store it has many restaurants and lots of clothes stores plus more. When in Milan, it's an interesting stop to see the modern apartment buildings constructed by a famous architect and check out the stores. And of course, you have to stop in for a coffee.

The architecture around is interesting, a mix of skyscrapers (3 torri - 3 towers), old classic Milano buildings and new constructions. Not exactly in the center of Milan, but you can easily reach out via metro line 5, tre torri stop. I think it's worth a visit or even two
