As for the people that I dealt with, ALL were very nice to the individual. From the sales/scheduler/biller/facilitator, to the designer, and each member of the work crew. And the plants themselves were top notch (and all at full retail pricing). As for the rest (i.e.: the job itself, the quality of materials, quality the work, the attention to detail, communication with the customer and between management and the crew, professionalism, work ethic, follow-up, overall satisfaction with the experience, etc.), I'll refrain from posting the 500 word review that I wrote, and let the rating speak for itself. Simply put, the experience was not what I had expected from a company with a 30 year history in the community. None of this should come as a surprise, as there were issues at every stage.
