She was patient with us and willing to spend time with us, answering all of our questions. Velvet is friendly and gracious, which made us feel comfortable while shopping. If you are looking for furniture in the Fort Myers area, I highly recommend you stop at Haverty's and ask to see Velvet. She's definitely a great asset to the store and to the customers.

He awarded two stars for ridiculously unfair reasons-- for not being open when she was busy moving into this location (& had posted her hours online) & because "Scan Design" (that doesn't sell antiques!) can beat her prices. I found Joy to be friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. The shoppe hours are posted for all to see on Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc. They are Tuesday thru Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM. Do not hesitate to stop in to see her showroom. It's simply BEAUTIFUL. I can back that claim w/ photos! Our sales person, Michael Laut could not have been nicer or more professional. He never once pressured us and was always helpful with anything we asked. We ended buying a BDI entertainment cabinet for about $2300, but then needed it quickly. Michael explained their trucks were already scheduled but he would find a way to get our cabinet to us by the end of the following week...and he did! The delivery guys were incredibly polite and extremely careful. The cabinet looks beautiful and the whole experience was VERY positive. We will be shopping their again and highly recommend this store and especially Michael Laut.
