I would definitely go back if I were in the area, and I would go back often if I lived there.

Against my better judgment I ordered from QVC Cottage Garden Farms trio of live dwarf lavender…read moreplants. They were very pricey but I took a chance because I liked the idea of being able to grow lavender in my area in pots. Also because there was a 1 year warranty I thought it was worth the risk. Well sure enough the plants failed. Prior to the end of the warranty period I emailed Cottage Farms with proof of purchase and described the issue. Within a few days I received a response indicating a replacement would be sent after processing. Well that was about 6 weeks ago. I have sent 2 or 3 follow up emails asking for a timeframe for when I will receive the replacement. Each time the response is vague and states they cannot give me an indication of when it will be shipped but I will receive a notification when it ships. Today the response included a statement that processing takes 10-15 days. Well it has been 6 weeks and it is Springtime, which means there should be no objective reason not to ship the replacement. For this reason, I will never again order from this company and do not recommend them. It is also interesting to note that when I searched their website I do not see any dwarf lavender plants for sale. So, buyer beware. At this point, I doubt I will ever receive the replacement which will mean that the company does not honor their written warranty. Shameful.

I bought a sofa online from Ashley, but when it was delivered, it wasn't really from Ashley. I was told it was from a store contracted by Ashley to fulfill the item. It looked alright and matched the picture, but when I sat on it, I immediately sank to the frame. The fabric is so cheap and thin, you could probably read a newspaper through it. The clincher, I wanted to return it. But it has to be returned within 48-72 hours. I called Ashley's 800 number, but endless hold music and I never spoke to a person. I sent a few emails and my response was, "Thank you, your email went to a group mailbox and it may take several days for it to be answered. We advise you contact our 800 number if you're experiencing issues with your product." The email was never answered. All I wanted to do was exchange the sofa and get something of higher quality...and actually spend more money with them. I would avoid them. I should have gotten the hint at how bad their products and service was by the fact that you can not rate them on their own site! That should tell you something, reputable places welcome feedback.
