The food is made from home grown vegetables and own meat from their farm only a short distance from the restaurant. We were very impressed by the heart and soul put into every dish and the service. The restaurant looked imposing but we settled in easily. The other guests were good company and once we decided on a starting beverage and the beverage pairing we were off on the adventure. The chef uses unique local and fermented products to good effect. His team delivers excellent service and food.
