I called and needed a digital copy of a business card file I paid to have designed under the old ownership. I was told by Juni the owner that they have started to charge a 75.00 fee for any graphics needed to be sent. Really? Your going to hold my digital file hostage for 75 bucks? I feel this is just bad customer service. I may not have paid them for the original design, but what about future business? When I need my van wrapped again where do you think I'm going to go? Definitely not here. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks!
