I did understand what she was saying I told here the rules are the rules but she didn't have to use that tone with me. She stated that She is really giving you a good deal.. I told her I understood but what me and the doctor talk about was not her business I was embarrassed by the way she put price out there I left out there office in tears that's not the way a business should make anyone feel in the type of self care I was not happy that I lost weight at all. I met with Andrea, who is the sales consultant for patient procedures. She was very sweet, patient, and answered my questions. Ultimately I decided to go to another practice, partly for medical reasons, and partly because you don't actually get to meet with the doctor until you've put down a pretty sizable deposit. If you opt not to get the procedure, that deposit can be applied to Venus laser treatments, but that wasn't anything I had an interest in. It didn't give me a great deal of confidence not being able to speak to the doctor without making that kind of commitment. I will say that many other practices also require a deposit, but they are a fraction of what is charged here. This isn't the fault of Andrea, it's just how Sono Bello does business across the country, but it didn't feel right to me, so I wanted to let others know. I give them 4 stars for trying to make the situation right, for Andrea's professionalism and the friendliness of the office manager, and for their scheduling flexibility. First attempt: Biggest waste of time ever. Made an appointment for a consultation for 9:30am so I should've been the first one seen. At 10:00 I asked if I would be seen as I had to leave at 10:30. At 10:15 they said the person "sounded like she was finishing up with another patient" but couldn't guarantee that I would be seen. I don't understand the point of making an appointment if they can't keep them. Poor customer service.

Based off the signage and instagram post and talking with this vendor at the event I signed up to do the 4 free sessions (4 cut off in pictured) which is really 2 because each body part is a session, one appointment is not a session. Then the pricing they list but left off is with a payment plan for 2 years based off a package in simple terms and to keep this short. After discussing this twice with the Director of Sales the misleading of there marketing she was stuck on this is how med spas do it, she's been in it for 20 years and would not acknowledge that there clients don't work in med spa and how this is very misleading. If I knew the truth I would have never booked. The woman just believe they were in the right and it was a very off putting conversation. On top of that since I had done my arm pits before they did agree to do chin in replacement which was 3 lasers on top not under as the lady described the placement would be. Just handled poorly from start to finish. Dishonest marketing is just a way for me personally to be pushed away. On top of the appointment not being all it was suppose to be after going to an amazing place before moving here was just a cherry on top disappointment. They did offer to still do my one free "session" that really should be three left but I was not interested in supporting business with them after my experience. Place seemed clean and parking lot is very busy being connected with target and other businesses.
