Three requests were needed, a follow up call today was disconnected three times trying to reach med records. I appealed to a woman who answered the phone regarding my frustration with the run around and was told "you will not get any help unless you change your tone". I should have said you are not my mother and I am not a child and do not speak to me in that tone. Trying to reach the office manager would be futile, as she wouldn't return the call.

Visited the office last week, and met my therapist Myles, who is really good and easy to talk with. He did a quick screen and several exams to determine I had an issue with my lumbar facet, not really muscle spasm, which caused imbalance and weakness to stand and sit long time. While applying the adequate tools and messages, I felt better immediately. After two visits, I can finally get up bed without any pain, and stand/sit longer. During my session, Myles always try to make me relax so my back can be treated correctly.
