They seem to have a diverse group of builders and the neighborhoods are planned really well - lots of parks and nature trails. All in all I think they do a great job.

But these pictures show the silt runoff from the clear cutting they do at their development sites. This silt runoff goes into our mountain streams then eventually end up in our lake. If Johnson Development really cared about the water quality of the lake they would not be doing this kind of damage to the lake. At a minimum, they would offer to dredge the coves where their development projects dump silt into the lake. Crystal Clear Water......not for long with Johnson Development building!
