Our family mainly utilizes the children's section, which is large with a variety of activities for kids beyond books and periodicals. They have a few coloring and craft stations set up, as well as computers. The sensory room is our favorite! It's separate from the rest of the children's area to allow for quiet play or reading. It's a great spot for babies and toddlers to play! There's also fenced in courtyard with a few kids' playhouses and plenty of seating to enjoy time outside in nice weather.

Tammy in scheduling was so kind - living halfway across the country from my folks is hard enough - but add in my dad's declining health and COVID-19 limiting my ability to be there with them - well, as I told Tammy, it was wonderful to have people like her and her company step in and help out my parents when I couldn't be there. I honestly can't believe how cumbersome it was to apply for new service. On the website, it says…read more"easy as 1-2-3"! But, it is anything but. They stopped short of asking for the blood of my first born child. I had to print and scan several applications then upload them. Every time I uploaded something it didn't go through so I had to change the file size, format, etc. It took me over an hour just to request service. I had to print and scan several documents using my precious printer ink. I've bought and sold many houses across several different states and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had trying to get water turned on.

We scheduled 3 estimates- 2 were done. Went with this company. They were knowledgeable, explained everything that would need to be done, fair prices, itemized estimate, very professional. We found out about the leak on a Wednesday. They arrived early on Monday and completed the work the same day. Very pleased with the service and the work.
