After a disasterous first try near my home, I decided to giver her a try (out of sheer desperation) OMG! My hair turned 3 shades and it was not pretty. I tried another down the road and while she tried hard, yeesh! the results were still a disappointment. I even went as far as to contact my old stylist in Florida to send me my old hair product so I can try coloring my hair myself. While she was great to do that, I chickened out. Then I tried Salon Vintage, a little further than I wanted to drive but oh boy, did I hit the jack pot. Miss Abbey took me in and she figured out my hair color and even beautifully styled my locks. You can't imagine my joy. The shop is charming and the ladies friendly. I will definitely keep this salon as my favorite.

I'm not aware of the reason why, but the way she treated me in front of 7 people that was in the lobby was not only unprofessional but very disgusting as a business owner. She was aware of the bed I wanted (level 5) & proceeded to put me in the stand up, once I refused, she told me I would be placed at the bottom of the waiting list (mind you there was 7 people in the lobby) so because of her mistake she wanted to make me wait. As a business owner that is very unprofessional, I told her I was not aware of that being her policy (being put on the bottom of the wait list if she misplaces you) as she had misplaced me before & it was never a problem to put me in the right bed regardless if there was people in the lobby waiting for a bed to open or not. after me & her discussed it, as I go to sit back down in the lobby, I could hear her snickering & talking with her friend & everyone in there had a look on their face as "wow I can't believe Holly just said that to her" because the attitude came from NO WHERE! (i do have this on video) I never once was ugly or mean to Holly, never once did I ever randomly get an attitude with her so for her to treat me like that, Oh and block me on Facebook from her business page shows her true colors as a person & Business owner! I'm not telling you to not support her business, I'm just making people aware of the way she treats her customers as a business owner. If she didn't like me, she should have refused me service, not allow me to buy a package, order me lotion be "fake" nice to me just to turn right around and treat me like crap in front of several people. not once has she reached out to apologize or explain why she felt the need to treat me differently that day. like we are grown adults, but the vibe of this place is like a high school with people acting like they are better than you. pictures attached is the building & Facebook page logo! be aware!
