I have been wanting to find a go to nail salon that is good quality and actually cares. I have been to other salons in the area that seem to just get as many customers as possible and lack in quality. One of the reasons I chose to try this place out is that they have online booking lol. This location is nice with good parking in the Marc's plaza. It has a seating area inside. There are a ton of color options to choose from. The reason for not 5 stars is that the place could use a little TLC ... ceilings especially where one is missing and one is half falling. Also there were bandaids on cabinets...? The workers were both so nice. I was taken immediately to choose colors and begin. I did the Gel Spa Manicure for $50 including an exfoliating scrub and lotion massage. It was so relaxing. Kim did a really good job and took her time to make sure everything looked good from the filing, cuticles, to the amount of gel layers I wanted, and at the end she made sure there was no jagged edges and if so filed it nicely. The nail tech I went to I was trying to explain the issues that there were bubbles and the sides of my nails were missed after she did them. I also told her there was still black on my nails that she did not remove before dipping the pink. She continued to talk over me and would not listen to my concerns as it was obvious she did not care. I told the nail tech before she started that previously everywhere I go to get my nails done all the nail techs don't paint or dip the side of my nails which is odd and unprofessional. She did exactly what my complaint was and blamed me for the sides of my nails not done correctly . I don't recommend anyone going there because if you have an issue they don't want to hear the customers and take accountability. The industry sucks so bad every where I go. The attitudes of nail techs are horrible and don't want to hear the things that need corrected. I want my hard worked money back they were not professional. read more

This used to be my go-to. Can walk right in and get a gel manicure for a really good price! Typically don't need an appointment and they used to do quality work that would last 3-4 weeks for a gel manicure. The past couple times I have been disappointed. They rushed through the nails, leaving bubbles in the polish and nails uneven. I had a chip in my gel within a few days, and over half of my nails in 1.5 weeks. It's just not what it used to be and I unfortunately think I'm going to have to find a new place. read more

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The cost was very over priced for the service received. The products used are not quality and the environment seemed dirty. After I left from getting my pedicure I needed to go somewhere else to get another pedicure. Won't be returning here! read more

Had an appointment online that I booked for 11:15. Showed up at 11:05, was not acknowledged until 5 minutes later. 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I left. Only then was I called and asked if I still wanted my full set or would I like to cancel. Um...no. I will not be back. Did not feel welcomed in the first place. I removed a star for the text messages that were sent to me after I left. You would think a customer walking out is enough. read more

This place is pretty good. It's clean and a lot of color choices. My Fiance and I went in for pedis twice and had a very good experience (especially since it was his first time). They offered us water bottles and the chairs are in the back. They have wireless and the girls are friendly and do a very nice job. We've never had appointments, but never have had to wait long. My boyfriend and I went in for a manicure and pedicure. We had a noon appointment and were taken back to the pedicure chairs about 10-15 minutes later. It was his first time getting a pedicure and Crystal, the nail tech, totally put him at ease. Crystal was very attentive and took her time; his pedicure actually lasted longer than mine and I got polish. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Brenda was my nail tech and she also did a great pedicure. I only wish mine lasted as long as his. When I went to get my manicure, after soaking and cleaning my cuticles, Brenda went to help another client. I was not a fan of waiting by myself for some time considering my boyfriend was still getting a pedicure, but it isn't a total deal breaker; I just felt it was a little unprofessional considering I had an appointment and the client Brenda went to help was a walk-in. I could understand if I was soaking or something, but there was no need at that point for a break in my service. When my boyfriend finished with his pedicure, I was okay because I had someone to talk to. Brenda did a great job cleaning up my nails on my hand considering I broke a couple. She did amazing with the shape and the shellac. My boyfriend enjoyed his manicure; he even said he'd be back just for the hand massage. The only thing he wished Crystal did better was even the length of his nails. She filed them a little, but didn't cut them down or make them all the same length. I saw that they guarantee their shellac for 2 weeks if they chip. I think this is a great service. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely return! read more

I made an appointment for a gel manicure for my daughter and I at 11:30. The owner took my daughter and I had to wait until 12 to be serviced. My daughter showed me her nails and they didn't come out right. The owner just walked away and started with another client. The lady that was taking care of me had to flag down the ow era wife who had to take the polish off. The owner came back and said nothing to me. Tried re-polish with same color and realized the color was faulty. Had to start over again. We were there for 2 hours and got no kind of discount off of our services. I called Back after I got home and told him about my displeasure of having to stay there for two hours. He offered me 10% discount on my next service. No thank you!!! read more

The place gives a good manicure and the staff is pleasant. But the condition of the salon is out right dirty. When then remove the old gel from nails and all the nail clippings, they brush it right into the old and dirty carpet which looks like it has never been vacuumed. The chairs and equipment is torn and dirty. The salon has dirt and dust everywhere. The sad thing is most times I'm there, the employees that have no clients just sit in the front best up chairs, instead of cleaning. It is by far the dirtiest salon I have ever been in. read more

I hemmed and hawed about treating myself to a pedicure today... But decided to splurge, and boy am I glad I did! I had perfect timing, as I sat right down, after it took me forever to pick a color (I hate that part!) They had so many choices of OPI, Essie, and Zoya colors. The massage chair felt great, as Amanda removed polish, and took her time to make my nails, cuticles, and feet look and feel great! I don't think I've ever had someone spend so much time doing it right! I am definitely headed back to see Amanda. Best decision of the day, by far! read more

I wish I could give this more than one star since the girls who have worked there for a long time are so nice. The new woman who started working there recently unfortunately is HORRIBLE. It's been OVER A MONTH since my appointment and I still am dealing with the damages. I went in for a basic pedicure and color change and was given a green pus filled infection on not one, but both sides of my big toe. I have never in my entire life had problems with my toe nails or ingrown nails until this lady cut my toes. Why on earth would you cut deep down the sides of my toe nail when it's not necessary!?!? It may be a bit of a shocker for you, but when the toe nail starts to grow back, it then digs into the skin that it was once nicely against and creates a horrible ingrown toenail. I mean really, shouldn't a nail tech know this? Or was this a tactic to get me to come back in so she can "fix" it? I am literally still dealing with this!!! I am not one to write bad reviews, which is why it took me this long to finally say screw it. I am still dealing with a nasty, red, swollen, pus-filled infection on my toe.
