The lady that did my nails wouldn't tell me how much was charging until the tips were glued on my nails. She asked what size I wanted I replied medium and she charged me $45 dollars for short nails instead. They charge $5 for shaping the nail which is ludicrous. $15 for simple design. As the lady was doing my nails I noticed she didn't glue down the tips well and when I pointed out politely she seemed irritated. I can she started talking after this point. Plus as she was filing and shaping she was shaving my fingers the entire time and kept apologizing but still kept knicking my fingers. The acrylic literally burned when we got to that point. A guy (the guys she has been talking to) stepped in to do my design and he had to touch up the shape after she polished them because clearly she didn't do that good. He was more professional and even started light conversation. The lady didn't speak to me at all after she asked about the size, price and design. And while he was doing my design I told him it didn't have to be exactly like the picture I showed but similar the lady walked over and said "Oh not exact?!" Sarcastically. I didn't get my pedi bc I was so annoyed by the unprofessionalism and poor work. Then they charged me 4% to use my debit card which I've never heard of. I paid about $66/ $71 including the $5 tip I gave the guy because he was more tolerable than the rude female. My boyfriend looked at my nails and was like I can tell you don't like them, I don't either. You should've went somewhere else. I could've told you not to go there.Then my gel literally started chipping the next day which has never happened to me. Don't go here!!

Everyone's wearing masks and social distancing. Everything is clean from the floors to the ceiling, not joking and there's a plexiglass (hanging from the ceiling) in front of each pedicure chair to protect everyone from spreading cooties. The gentleman who did my nails wore gloves and a mask the entire time. He took great care of my farmers feet, seriously should get paid extra for hazmat, the lady who works here spent 10 minutes looking through mail color swatches to find a perfect match for my finger nails...and I didn't even ask her too. Bathroom is clean and functional. Chairs were comfy. Decor was pleasant. Music was relaxing. Customer service was on point. This is my new favorite nail salon in Arkansas.
