My boyfriend even went in to get this resolved and it was more dodgy behavior and no help what so ever. Craziest thing happened while he was there, another customer had the same complaint. Over $20?! What happened to customer service. This has been so frustrating I would suggest to find a different local smoke shop. This one is run by scam artists. We have even asked just for store credit or product and it has been a resounding no. I'm a very reasonable person. I just want them to fix what they did.

Always has had whatever product I am looking for & they stay stocked! Now their other stores like Xenia store per say does not always have the products that I use regularly as I have needed them so I have started to make a regular habit of coming straight out to this location on Miller lane! Definitely these vape shops are clearly the BEST Dayton Ohio has to offer in Vaping! The other larger vape store not owned by liquid Nicks were ripping me off by intentionally selling me EXPIRED salt nic fluid! Even after I contacted the owner over a year ago and I recently figured out that those owners are STILL selling expired salt nic throughout each of their stores! Make sure if your buying liquid fluid nicotine that you are looking at the expiration dates people; it DOES matter! Usually it's on the bottom of the bottle or on the side! This stuff doesn't last for eternity; don't be fooled by the deceptive vape shops in Springfield, Airway, Kettering & on St. Rt 741... I won't state the other shops names but this should give the real vapers enough notice to KNOW which stores to BOYCOTT! Liquid Nicks won't rip you off; guaranteed! Quality is what you pay for when you shop at Liquid Nicks!
