They can get a refund from the manufacturer for free but I was told by this store that it's "contaminated" like the plan is to fix it/repackage it to sell? I liked the convenience of this store being close to where I live. Have shopped here for years spending a couple grand a year but will just order online from now on as they take broken/faulty devices back. Make sure you try the devices in store as they will not take a faulty device once you leave
