I called Dr Livingstons office and he saw me that day. He actually stayed longer to see me. He helped me with both my issues so I now enjoy the rest of my stay here. I travel a lot and it's not always easy to find good healthcare. I highly recommend him and his staff.

They were able to see me that day and hooked me with with an antibiotic, they even faxed it to the pharmacy for me. He gave me his emergency number Incase it got worse and said if need be to call him and he would even come to the hotel! Fortunately I'm on the mend so probably no need for a follow up. Especially after the hurricanes hit, this facility is doing better than the hospital which was severely damaged. Conveniently located at yacht Haven grand it's easy to get to and parking is always plentiful. I really like it that you can pretty much do a walk in at any time, which is what my hubby and I have had to do before with my migraines and the bad Sahara dust we got last year. Dr. Amal & Dr. Kathy along with their nursing team are fantastic, and are up to stateside levels of knowledge and professionalism. We always get taken care of by them quickly and throughly. They were having technology challenges with their systems like everyone else on the island when we visited last but they will take care of documents and copies of records for you at a later time and follow up. The only facet of this facility that really really really vexes me, is the receptionists they hire. We've had a few different ones before and after the hurricanes and interactions with them make you want to leave and self diagnose yourself with Google. Not the warmest or most helpful personalities that you'll meet out here which is why one star was lost. Overall this may be one of the better places right now to see a doctor. #St.Thomas #USVI

After the last experience I had with Dr. Bacot in February 2025 I am frankly disgusted…read more I was there for a presurgery visit for a foot operation which his physician assistant Bryce recommended based on prior MRI. Bryce told me Dr. Bacot did tons of surgeries like this. I did the workup, paid for everything, and then went for the presurgery visit to see Dr. Bacot. I was only actually seen by Chelsea, his assistant who just basically sat in the office and looked at my film. Chelsea is NOT A SURGEON! Dr. Bacot however, merely popped his head around the door and asked me why I was there?! This, the doctor who was scheduled to cut my foot open in a week? He never even came into the office to look at my film, never touched my foot, only asked me where it hurt, told me to get better shoes and said he could do nothing for me. Completely unprofessional, and surprising. I had to go to another surgeon after a year in agony as a cripple, who did the very surgery on me that Dr. Bacot was supposed to do. And to top it off, Comprehensive Orthopedic had the nerve to bill out $500 to the insurance company? And harass me to pay the balance? I absolutely refuse. I am out of pocket for the presurgery workup, my visits to COG office UNDER COG RECOMMENDATIONS, with no positive outcome. Thank God Dr. Chase took the helm and did a very successful bone spur removal from mid foot and big toe, which was scheduled originally with Dr. Bacot. I addressed this with the then office manager when I got the first bill. I have had zero response, and now keep getting harassed by COG "billing department" wherever that is. It is not local. I have sent numerous emails, left voicemails but no response. I have asked for COG office manager, and been told that there is no office manager in office. Bottom line: Be wary of this office's billing practices. Check in detail what you are being billed for.
