In my 6 years there, improvements were made to the property including new windows, a new roof, parking lot improvements, a new sidewalk and my unit recently had a new furnace/air conditioner installed. I had very few problems with my unit, but when I did have an issue, the issue was always addressed and repaired promptly. I found my interactions with the lease office to be friendly. They keep everything super clean- they even salt the sidewalks and parking lots before any storm, big or tiny. They always answer the phones immediately when you call, and they take their time with you. If someone was in my parking spot, they would have them towed immediately for me. One of my light bulbs went out, and they came and replaced ALL of my lights, and even gave me extra bulbs. They even email you after you get maintenance done to make sure you are happy with the results. They all truly go over and beyond. I could go on and on. Onsite gym, yoga room, basketball court, tennis court, and swimming pool. 4. Spacious grounds. 5. Pet friendly (dogs and cats). 6. Very friendly, attentive, and hard-working maintenance staff. 7. Very friendly neighbors (everyone waves to one another). CONS: 1. The windows and patio doors are the original ones and are 30-35+ years old and are VERY VERY drafty in the winter time ($$$$ heating bill) and they require a lot of muscle to open, especially the windows. 2. VERY VERY noisy furnace/AC unit! It can be deafening! 3. The pool tends to close way too early for folks who work the standard Monday through Friday/9 to 5 job. 4. No playground for the kids. 5. There is no fenced-in area for folks to take their dogs to run/play leash free. 6. Outdated and/or unkempt landscaping (bare grassy areas, dead or dying shrubs/flowers, scare and ugly red mulch). 7. Property owners seem unwilling to make improvements preferring instead to put band-aids on everything.
