They also directly sprayed exterior outlets and my Ring doorbell, causing permanent damage and costing me an additional $100 to repair and replace. So my overall cost is $600 and I'm still looking at a dirty home. When I reached out to them about my complain they were incredibly defensive- despite me making it clear I wasn't asking for a discount- and insisted that I couldn't prove they caused any of the damage, that it was the paint making it look dirty instead of them missing any areas, and that it was unfair of my to post any reviews without allowing them to come back and touch up the missed areas. On my first negative review they responded by exposing my personal information in retaliation. Due to their defensive tone and the damage already caused I'm not interested in allowing them back on my property.

A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels. They took the smell out of my couches SO EASILY. Even with the fact that the couches were completely different materials and they removed stains as well!! We then hired them for mold services. First, they removed the mold from a wall in our back room, I started breathing easier immediately following the removal. They then removed mold from our living room and it turned out to be less than we thought!! Only thing I don't like with the company is they don't put plastic over insulation after the wall is cut out. I had a lot of insulation falling onto my floor after the work was done. But I just taped trash bags over it :). Thanks for all the hard work you and your team put in. I can comfortably live in my own home now after a 3 year battle of health issues from mold :)
