Since my Italian is still very limited I recommend taking photos on your smart phone ( if you have one) with you to help the the search for what you need go more smoothly. My friend took me here to show me the ropes and how to use the store. There's a great parking garage with an elevator that takes you to the store entrance. Also, as long as you keep the receipt there is an area around back where you can return or exchange your product if it doesn't work. I'm sure I will be back to this store many times over the next few years while living in Vicenza.

I'm already addicted to their products and can't wait to purchase another pot. My first purchase was a copper pitcher and cups. They are the perfect addition to any meal and the pitcher keeps the water cool even without ice. This is one of the many advantages to copper. It conducts heat evenly as well as cold. I've made some of the best soups of my life in these amazing pots and can't wait to try a chili in there soon. The price is reasonable for the product and craftsmanship. The shop is quaint and the owners will share the history if you ask.

On my way in I noticed bikes for all ages and backpacks of all kinds. There were tents set up and hiking gear in one section, and workout machines and clothing for all sizes in another. They had the cutest ballet clothes and they dedicated a small section to ballet shoes, bags, sweaters, and other ballet accessories. I really couldn't get over how large the store was or how organized it was. The fishing and now hunting section was amazing. We went in looking for soccer balls and a water polo ball and left with exactly what we needed. The one thing we were hoping to find that we didn't was a hacky sack ball. I tried asking in Italian to several different store personnel but no joy. They looked at me a little funny and then I pulled up a photo on my iPhone and they said they didn't have it. Either way we are thrilled with the find and will be back many times in the future. We also had a nice clerk walk us through the self checkout process in Italian!!
