5 stars is not enough stars!! Maybe 10, but not 5! My husband and I were beyond excited when we scored this award-winning photographer for our destination wedding! Photography was our number one priority, as we knew that years down the road, it would be the one thing we had to look back on and remember all the cherished moments and details from our wedding. We had checked out other photographers, and being a photographer myself, I knew I'd be super picky! But once we came upon Virnez' work, we knew we had found the perfect fit. No one else's work compared to the level of technique, art, modern style, candidness, and story-telling that we saw in every photo on her website and blog. We called immediately to see if we she had our date available! She got right back to us and we booked that day! Best decision ever!! The day of our wedding went by so fast that there were many details and moments we naturally missed! When we got our wedding photos from Virnez, we cried and cried at all the beautiful moments we could now enjoy over and over again. She captured it all! Even moments I didn't expect she'd get, like me kissing my husband's hand after putting on his ring, or when I lost it completely in my parent's arms right after the wedding. My fiance and I decided on a small wedding, but great photos. I don't believe the world needs another cheesy wedding, or more cheesy wedding photos. I understand that because you're in it this time, you think it's better, but it's not. I researched a hundred photographers and had no appreciation for anything any of them were doing, except what you're looking at here. I actually discovered Virnez Photography early on and kept coming back, thinking to myself how I would LOVE to be able to work with them. I would try to cheapen what they do by attempting to describe what techniques are used and why I appreciate them, but the bottom line is what they are creating is art. And to have a book full of beautiful artwork of our wedding day, to me, was an amazing idea. We were blessed to be able to book them, and the day came. I could go on and on about how perfect they were, I'm trying to just point out what I believe needs to be said. As beautiful and amazing as the pictures they create are, the actually people taking them are just as beautiful. She has contest where whoever has the most Instagram likes on the couples picture will win 5 hours with all images for the wedding! Like who does that? Unfortunately we didn't win but since we were so close behind and we had beat past records by far with the amount of likes we got, she gave us the same prize as well! That was so sweet of her!
