I asked for my small freezer, dryer and the front loading washer to moved upstairs when I ordered the move. They did not use any kind of doily or straps. The two men who were send to do the job hand carried the freezer and dryer up the stairs then the man who had gone over the order with me to sign when they arrived (a half hour late) came and told me they could not move the washer because it was too heavy for them to carry because they could hear water still in it when they tried to move it. I had to tell him all washers that have been used have water in the hoses and such after they have been used. You have to drain them into a bucket and then put them on a doily and tilt it to allow as much water as possible to come out. He said they did not have a DOILY. Professional movers knowing they had a job order to move appliances came to do the job with no doily????? He asked me if they could run a quick cycle to see if that would get less water. I told him to go ahead but it wouldn't make it lighter even though I knew those thirty minutes increased my bill. After thirty some minutes I hear a load slapping noise coming from the basement. I was told they were moving the washer which confused me because there was nothing about the washer that it should have made that noise being moved. The slapping/ banging noise continued until they got to the top of the stairs when I discovered the cause of the noise...my washer with glass in the door was being flipped over and over again to move it. When they sit it down you could see the door all cockeyed. I went over and told them they broke the door. They tried to tell me it was already broken. I guess they did not know that a front loading washer will not work if the door is broken because there is a senor in the latch. They had snapped the latch insert with the hook in half so that the hook part was in the door sensor and the rest of it was still attached to the door. To make a long story short the drivers tried to say the machine was broke before they started moving it. The boss at the office told me my washer was worth only $50.00 to $100.00. She took 15% off my bill. Afterwards I called my appliance repairman and he said the washer is ruined because flipping didn't just break the door it caused the water and oil in the different components to go all over the inside including the new computer board ($ 400.00 with labor) I just had installed two months prior. The boss Kelly told me she just bought a brand new front loader for $500.00. My washer had all the bells and whistle but steam and I paid close to $1600.00 when I bought. Then to top everything off when one of the movers who did all the damage left we heard him complaining because we didn't TIP him. DO NOT USE these people to move your stuff. They don't know what they are doing. (P.S. the contract they have you sign when they begin working states if anything get damaged their remedy is to give you 60 cents per pound for it and you have to sign waivers about your electronics, lamps, TVs etc so that they are not even covered under the 60 cents per pound policy. )

I hired them for both moving and packing. Several things ended up missing (tools, etc). Just a really bad experience and do not deserve your business.

This is a great moving company! My husband and I recently made the move to Columbus from Cleveland,…read moreand I booked movers (through the Uhaul site) to help load and unload the truck in both cities. The movers in Columbus turned out to be a nightmare, but 'Them Movers' in Cleveland were fantastic. The movers called the morning of the move to let us know that they could arrive 30 mins earlier if we were ready, which we weren't due to our scheduled time to pick up the truck. They said "no problem" and found something else to do until we got back. When the 2 gentlemen arrived (we initially booked 3) they let us know that the 3rd employee had called off, but in case they went over the 3 hours we booked, we would not be charged extra. After inspecting the moving load they let us know that they'd be able to handle it all in sooner than the 3 hours, so I was able to call the owner and he agreed that I should go ahead and change the job on the moving website to a 2 man job since they wouldn't be going over the 3 hours. I appreciated that they cared about saving me money, and everyone was very apologetic about the inconvenience. The 2 movers did a great job and they were done in just over 2 hours. The guys were really friendly in chatting with us as they worked, and they were very careful with getting everything packed up safely and efficiently. I was extremely satisfied with the job that they did, ancompany!d would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone in the Northeast Ohio area. I only wish I'd heard of them before so I could have used them in previous moves. Everyone in the company (movers, receptionist, owner) were all friendly and professional, and the price was very fair and affordable. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent moving

The guys, Jeff and Jordan were right on time and jumped right in. We moved from a 3 floor walk-up so there was many trips up and down... Originally figured 2 hours and it turned into 4 hours. They were flexible (and so was their job after us) so they were able to finish everything up for us in the extra hours we didn't expect to need. Thanks again! Hopefully we aren't moving soon but if we do, you will be our only call!!
