They moved me from Lakewood to Fairview Park, Ohio, at a speedy rate, but were very cautious and professional. I was given a time range and they arrived within it friendly and ready to go. Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. They were able to supply me with a cover for my mattress (that I got to keep!) and proper care for some more fragile items. I was absolutely blown away by their help! Thanks again guys.

Warning to anyone considering this moving company: BE CAUTIOUS…read more During my move, they damaged one of my matching light fixtures. The issue is that the fixtures are discontinued, so replacing only the broken one leaves me with mismatched lights and an incomplete set. Instead of taking responsibility for the full loss they caused, they only offered to replace the single broken fixture and refused to address the fact that the entire set is now affected. Accidents can happen in any move, but accountability matters. In my experience, this company was unwilling to make the situation right in a fair way and focused more on limiting their responsibility than resolving the damage they caused. If you use them, make sure you document everything and understand how they handle damage claims before trusting them with your belongings.
