Everything was picture perfect...the last day of the dry weather and sunshine before the weather turned. It was literally the best day...when our place was the most beautiful it had ever been. Harrison arrived late without any kind of apology, even though we had been waiting outside for an hour. Then he argues with us when we tell him our realtor wants a shot of our gate closed, since it is the entry to our estate and quite beautiful in its own right. But that isn't even the worst of it! 10 days later, we learn he had technical difficulties and left our property without ever telling us!!! He knew we were in the house and could have come and knocked on the door to tell us! If we had known he didn't or couldn't get a single picture, we could have scrambled to hire someone else or at the very least, taken our own pictures! Now the opportunity to get them with the beautiful fall leaves is completely gone and we will never, ever get it back. He took that away from us without even having the courtesy to tell us and let us try to figure out a plan B. He basically cost us thousands of dollars in lost revenue. So if you are depending on photos to sell your home and have worked hard to get it to picture quality, please find someone else to get the shots or you may be just as mad and as disappointed as we are right now.
