That body shop did such a horrible job and was so difficult to work with that I decided to look into trying another shop, which is when I came across Kaczars. Kaczars was able to handle all insurance issues related to work already done and they made it so easy. When I got my car back, I felt like I just got it off the lot. It was absolutely perfect! Just my luck... not too long after taking in my 1st car in, my 2nd car, BMW, was hit by a deer. Knowing the fantastic work Kaczars does, there was no question that my 2nd car was going there. They explained everything so carefully to me - even picking up a few expert tips on how to cut down a tree. Amazing guys here and they actually make you feel like you are part of the family! The prices may be a bit high, but for what I bought - I know I got the best deal around and know they stand 100% behind everything they sell. There is never a parking issue - they take credit cards - if they don't have it they can get it for you! My review is only about the purchasing end of things though - I only know about their repair second hand so will not comment other then that I've never heard about complaints. I just haven't had to bring anything back for repairs!
