If I could give 10 stars, no 100 stars, I totally would. Dr. Kensive literally saved my life. With covid running rampant, I was afraid and feeling the worst I've ever felt during my adult life. I originally came to Dr. Ken for PRF on my hip, psoas, and back. I was in chronic pain for over a year and constantly bouncing around from doctor to doctor. A few months after the PRF, I am no longer in need of constant massages, chiropractor, ice baths, Tylenol, etc.... Although I will say you need to couple the PRF with physical therapy, stretching, clean diet/lifestyle. I was able to reach an 8/10 within 2 months of receiving the first round of shots, from where I started at a 2/10. He has been helping me weekly with glutathione and vitamin c push, b12 and vitamin d injections. And PRP pain management. And I've also received a few Meyer cocktail ivs, catered to my vitamin needs. I fractured and broke both my foot and hand!! And was diagnosed by my orthopedist as having pre-osteoporosis. My injuries were not healing because I was so vitamin deficient. This guy really knows his stuff! This was my first time going to a clinic like this and I was extremely curious about basically everything. I recently had an appendectomy and being a college student, finals were coming up. I was looking into prolotherapy and prp for my neck and I found Dr kensive's office listing via google. I called him and he answered promptly and gave me all the info I needed and the cost for office visit, etc. I set up an appointment and meet with him within a couple of days. During the appointment, Dr. Kensive asked me a few basic questions and then did some diagnostics. He was able to right away identify all my problem areas with amazing precision. After that, he went over how he could treat me since my condition was chronic and I had it for many years. He recommended a series of three shots of prp/prolo for neck since my condition was quite chronic. Also my right back needed attention as well. Dr. kensive started me on the prp injections right away at the end of initial consultation after helping my stiff muscles relax with e-stem and a heat lamp as well as manual massage/kneading of the trigger points. The whole process was so streamlined right from the muscle relaxation, to the blood draws, and then the injections for the healing. Dr. Kensive walked me through every stage of the process. He even included the anti-inflammatory diet to follow, the stretches to do during the healing process, foods to avoid, and other detailed post care instructions to ensure maximum quick recovery. I was a bit skeptical of the recovery process at first but so far this been best recovery I've seen in my tight muscles. Dear potential clients, I completed a series of Plasma Rich Fibrin (PRF) and also platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) which is typically more common facial treatments using micro-needling techniques at VVRM clinic. The results with the pen and through Dr. Kensive Nguyen, N.D.'s treatments have been phenomenal for my skin despite having a beard typically also otherwise. I had some significant sun damage discoloration from playing sports outdoors especially basketball and tennis along with some deep acne scars on my face especially on the right side from teenage years. After completing a series of the PRF treatments, the skin on the face feels a lot smoother with the pores and scars looking a lot smaller as well. The results have been very satisfying even though despite the fact that I didn't expect better versus regularl PRP facials along with the hyaluronic acid (HA). To be honest, the procedure was not completely pain-free nor did I expect it to be such as it was probably only a 1-3 out of 10 with 10 being the highest in terms of pain intensity like say on the nose or near the edges of the face as well as lips. For the most part, nothing was really felt after the numbing cream was applied using the micro-needle pen for the actual treatment.
