Racist much. The cashier was rude and condescending. Made many side remarks. We called and asked if they had a certain vape. The employee said yes so we hung up. When we got there we were told you cannot purchase a vape unless it's online and they charge me us a service fee. So we can't pay in cash and our being charged a service fee? No it wasn't taxes it was a service fee this place is a scam. Also, don't use their iPad to signup because everyone who signs up can see your info. This is not a good business to do business with. My husband goes it to purchase the cartridge that goes to his vape. The gentleman checked the size and sold my husband a package of 3. My husband gets home and it was the wrong cartridge we go back to return it and the owner said no exchange all sales are final. We left so disappointed and left the cartridge's being we didn't need them they don't fit. Thank God we use our bank card to pay called our bank put a dispute in and low and behold we got our money back. Visalia Vapes treats you as a client and tries their best to fit your current needs without overhyping products or trying to upsell you with over the top mods when your needs could be fulfilled by a more cost effective alternative. Just pick up a hohm slice and 2 26650 batteries. Works fantastic. Also picked up a Merlin mini rta and SVRF 60 ML juice.. Merlin with single coil deck and 5 wrap 3mm Clapton single coil is the shizz on this atty. Thick vapor and superb flavor, probably the best rta on the market for that type of vaping style aka restricted lung hit. 10 out of 10 for this one. Build came out to .5 ohms. Cotton bacon wick. The guy behind the counter was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and helped me select a quality starter kit after explaining the different models and their respective pros and cons. After settling on kanger tech vape pen he showed me their impressive selection of juices, and let me and my girlfriend try each before selecting a few to buy. It was a great experience and I highly recommend their shop. There was no upselling, no pressure, and I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. You just don't get that quality of customer service much anymore, and these guys have something special going on. I'll definitely be frequenting this shop again. I've been to many vape shops around the country, from here to Chicago, St louis, dallas, Virginia Beach. But VV has the most overpriced juice and the worst attitude towards customers I've ever encountered. The juices are very common at all vape shops, just the major brands at a major markup. Almost $5 more for a bottle of the same juice you can get at any other store. The hardware is usually up to date and average priced. However, I was trying to buy a new mod just 2 weeks ago, and had to go through all 3 of the people working before one would A. Acknowledge my question. And B. Tell me a price. read more

I came here to buy replacement coils for a tank that I had and trusting them I drove home to check out my new purchase. I figured out that they sold me the wrong item and had to drive across town to return it. Not only were they unapologetic, they also didn't offer me anything for the inconvenience of having to drive back and forth because of their error. I would have given this 5 stars because the past couple of times I've been there; the employee that worked there was amazing. He was professional, caring, and knew how to treat people. I recently went there today in the afternoon, when I arrived there, I met a new employee. He is literally the opposite of what what made me want to comeback to vapes Visalia...I arrived there, he was just there, he looked bored out of his mind, when I arrived there he immediately, took precaution on me. I understand it, but he was not caring, he lacked the will of asking me what I am into. I even started to give signs to what I want. I asked him "hey so I am looking for a new vape juice, and open to suggestions" he immediately gave me 2 brands.... I even tried to tell him that I am into the ice (menthol), and he blatantly told me that these are the kinds. The previous guy let me even sample a drip. This guy just brushed me off. Was weary of the scene vibe this shop gave off, I was wrong about that. I was met with excellent customer service, and patience after trying several juices out of their significantly large selection. They have an impressive selection of very cheap sales juice also. Didn't shop their hardware, but if it is anything like their juice section, it's worthy of at least a check in. I checked several other shops in the area, this was the best selection and service. Sample bar and the ability to vape in shop are also huge bonuses many other local shops don't have. read more

So I walked into Visalia Vapes and was looking for a Coil for my Tank. Long story short, they told me I needed a different type of coil than the one I had/was looking for. I got a little aggravated and acted like a real A-Hole and walked out. After going to a different shop and getting the coil I was looking for, (which was in fact the WRONG coil and the guys at Visalia Vapes were CORRECT!), I realized it wouldn't work. So I called Visalia Vapes and accused them of breaking my Mod. They were very professional in helping me find the correct setup and they even gave me the correct coil for free after all my troubles. I gotta give these guys credit, I was being a real Dousche and was not having a great day and even with that these guys were super cool and very very helpful.
