If you want to get ripped off, this is the place to go. Also if you like to buy a smoking device than wait an hour to use it, while it charges, they've got you covered. I bought a vape pen here, it was not charged. I brought it back for one that was ready to go. The one I exchanged it for was also dead. When I brought it back he says I can't keep returning them, I say, well give me one that works, he refused, went home to charge it. Doesn't hold a charge for more than two hits. Complete rip off. There's a good shop at De La Vina and Mission. Not a big selection, but at least they won't rip you off. If you can't stand behind the products that you're selling, than you shouldn't be selling them. If the battery was fine, then exchange it for one that is charged, and you can charge that one and sell it to someone else. read more

This place is terrible; they have a supposed "frequent buyers" program where if you fill out a card you then get $50 off of a $100 dollar purchase. I needed to spend $25 to fill out the card so I asked the rude staff if I could buy something for $25 , could I then use the discount as the card would be full. He actually had the gall to say no as I would just be filling it out so I'd have to come at a different time to use the discount. Are you joking... well, not only will I not be coming back, you just lost a $75 or more sale. How a place like this remains open is baffling, but in my opinion do not shop at this establishment. read more

One person working there which I guess is normal. I asked my friend to pick me up a vape pen. I knew they already didn't have the brand I liked. So I asked her to pick up the one I already tried. First of all it is $27 for a single vape pen! She picked it up and when I tried it it did not work. So I told her to get it exchanged. We went in together and it was the same employee. He said we were out of luck. No refund no exchange. He recognized her. He said she should of tried it before she left. She told me he never asked her to try it and never gave her a receipt. Bought a brand new mod from these guys and after about a week it starts getting screwy, temperature goes up automatically and the screen stays on, needing to take out the batteries to turn it off. I've come to vishions for years and never liked it. I find myself coming here because it's close to my house and I like to support local businesses. But that's going to change. I recently bought a glass attachment for my vaporizer and when I took it home it leaked into my atomizer. It ruined my device. All i want is my $90 back that I payed but I am not able to get in contact with an owner or manager. I keep getting a response from the employees like "call at this time", or "he will be in at this time". It's been a week and a half and I still cannot get in contact with someone who can help me. If I would have taken my time I could have waited a week for an online order to come through...and they would have taken returns if the item was defective. But I thought I'd give a local business the benefit of the doubt. As you can see the option is to always shop online. read more

Got the uni vape battery 3 days ago after it was recommended to me and in its first charge the battery didn't want to hold charge. So I asked if I could simply exchange for a new one but the clerk said there's noting he could do but only a 10% discount on a new uni battery. Didn't feel like it justified after just spending 30 dollars on one. Also didn't want to let me use the discount on a different battery brand disappointed. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Their way of business is horrendous and insulting. I bought an atomizer for my Focus CARTA from them, and that went bad after 1 single use, so I go back the next day WITH receipt, and they wouldn't even exchange it for one that would work. Watch out for this shiesty place. Go to High Tide or Fuzion, they are actually helpful. Bummed I learned that the hard way and I'm out $40. read more

This is such a joke of a smoke shop it's not even funny. First of all all the pieces are cheap wholesale Los Angeles bought glass. Nothing in there is hand made. Secondly the staff is so worthless and truly pieces of shits. If you want to waste your money on cheap pieces with shit tier plebs behind the counter this is your store. After being a customer for a few years and being disappointed the entire time really only going here for convenience the straw that broke the camels back was the owner selling me a none functional dab rig and then claiming I was using it incorrectly. Its as cheap as it gets down here and i've looked quite a few places. They are always friendly and will answer any questions you have. one thing though!! BRING CASH!! Not card. Great selection and great service, staff i encountered were very helpful with two separate trips i made.

They are "masked" up,,,but seems it's so you won't recognize them on the street if you see them, they know you would probably come up to them and start letting them know how unhappy you are with what you just bought at this shop. The most un-professional shop I have ever seen, and I have seen quite a few! When you first walk in you feel like you are a suspicious character, with the eyes following every move you make as if you are there to steal something, it's very creepy. I went in with my husband, he was walking around looking at merch, I was talking to the "masked bandit" (don't get me wrong, I am also a mask wearing person) and he was watching my husband walk around while talking to me, never making eye contact with me, all eyes on my husband, I realized what he was doing and said, he's with me!!! Can't touch a bong, can't touch anything in there to check it's weight, to see if it fits comfortable in your hands, etc...you know how it is, you want to feel and touch the item you are spending $$$ on, but not here, and with the prices of pipes, etc....give the customer gloves then, or wipe everything down after showing it, it's not hard to do.....if you need a lighter, stop in and get one, or an ice cream,,,everything else is just a high priced joke in there and a really horribly creepy feeling of staff when in there., this place needs to have the city check them out, they are practicing selling methods that are just not conducive to Santa Barbara, in other words, they are a complete rip off. read more

I went to buy a hookah for my girlfriend, Salem, the employee working at the time, hooked us up. We got home and realized we were missing the downstem and the rubber connector for the hose and gave him a call. We went right back in before he had to close and he squared everything away and pulled money from his own pocket to hook us up with some extra coals. Such a great gesture for a minor mishap. They don't care about you. They don't know about any of their products unless it has to do with 's. Anything for e-juice or Mods for vaping- they either don't know at all, or they will make up their own info & tell you what they 'THINK' . And unfortunately in my experience with them, they are not even close to accurate when they try answering intermediate level questions. They are also the most expensive Vape shop in town. Do yourself a favor, check out the spot DT off Ortega St, or order online. Unless you like wasting money, and your time- then go to this place. They would love your business. read more
