When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was friendly and offered me coffee. Alejandra was very welcoming, friendly, and listened to my requests. She gave me a balayage on my natural undyed hair and the results were amazing! She was very thorough and attentive to all of my questions throughout the process. Alejandra also made sure that I was comfortable and explained all the steps to me so I would know what to expect.
