No! Dr. P told me I needed cataract surgery. Told me to go to a specialist.... That he recommended. I went to that dr. And he told me my cataract was very small and did not warrant surgery. The decisions Dr. P made, cost me $300 and still no eye exam. I had to go see another dr for that. The Dr. I saw and finally did get my eye exam completed for my contacts, also told me my cataracts were very small I'm sick of dr.'s putting people through the bs, wasting our time and money with no repercussions for their actions!! read more

I called to see if I could be seen as a walk-in because I'm on my last pair of contact lenses, which have a high astigmatism and take about six weeks to order. I explained to a staff member named Theresa/Teresa that I'll be going on a 12-week vacation and needed urgent assistance. Without even asking the doctors, she told me no. When I pointed this out and expressed my frustration, mentioning I'd leave a bad review, she sarcastically responded, 'OK, thank you, that sounds wonderful.' This experience was not only unhelpful but also incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for compassion or urgency in care. read more

Found a new eye doctor in town. This is the oilfield. I had an emergency meeting the morning of my eye appointment and had to cancel. Vision tried to charge me $50. Nope. A place that overcharges for glasses, contacts and exams. And when they do have exams. The doctor makes you wait 45 min to see him and then he only see's you for 5 minutes. They are doing everything they can to take the most amount of money from its customers as possible. Bye read more

My husband had a complete eye exam here and they wrote a prescription for new glasses. He went to the in store eye glass store. Two weeks later he went to pick up his glasses and the bifocal line was to high. They said they would send them back. Two weeks later they forgot to put the tint on. Send them back again. When he got them back for the third time he cannot see clearly through them. This place is a total ripoff. You get better service at the mall. read more

NARIAH I really hope your superiors see this complaint. There isn't enough space on this box to write how unprofessional and snobby you are! You really needs to consider another job that has ZERO contact with customers, because your customer service was extremely bad! I highly recommend that she goes into an extensive training course on how to treat other customers. I hope they have cameras inside the facility so they can see how snobby and sarcastic she was being. After one eye exam where I could not see through my glasses they gave me another. This time the doctor came up with a way different prescription. They did offer me a free pair of lenses. However this time I can't see nothing. The first prescription is way better even though is not great. So at this point I have waisted over $400 and can't see out of the glasses. I am really disappointed in these people. I thought after speaking with Karen they were going to provide me a great service and make sure I could see out of my glasses. We were called back within 5 minutes of our appointment! That should be all I have to say. But they were also very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. The lady that works in the back, at the contact lens station, has the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She got back with me promptly when I had a question and she went out of her way to make sure my needs were met and my order was placed as soon as possible. Order a new lense for my glasses and a screw for the frames, got a call that parts have arrived. Ask the caller if both the lense and screw arrive and she answered yes. Went to have both installed and the lense was too small?????? and the screwed didn't arrive. Really!! read more

Never had to wear glasses before so this was my first time and last time. I went in on JUNE 16. Had my appointment was fitted for glasses. Today is July 30 still don't have my glasses. I have had to call them several time. And every time it was some excuse. Last time I called was on Friday 7/25 lady promised me Monday. Monday came and left had to call them again. This place is great! From the time you enter until the time you leave, you're treated pretty good. The front staff could be more friendly. And the area where they teach you how to put in your contacts could use a refresher course in friendliness, but the visit in a whole outweighs all that. read more

I have been a patient for about 3 years. I visited yesterday for my annual check up. They sent me a text to remind me to schedule the appointment. They were able to work around my schedule to fit me in. I met with Dr. Pharis. Best visit I have had with an optometrist. He was thorough and clearly explained my options. I then met with Nancy in the optical area. She was very pleasant and thorough in giving me several options from which to chose. They recently remodeled their office.
