He dropped off his Rx and frame and got his glasses within the hour! AWESOME! I was interested in keeping my existing frames and wanted to put new lenses in them... Unfortunately, they don't allow that here. BUMMER! I understand their reasoning- in the past, frames have been broken and couldn't be replaced by the company and yatta yatta yatta, they don't allow that anymore. (This is the reason for the 4/5 stars). They do have offers for 2 pairs of glasses for super cheap but those are with the cheap plastic lenses. And the deal only applies if you get the 2 frames. You can't just get one pair for 1/2 the cost. Staff were friendly. There were 3 ladies there when I came in. I decided that I would just keep my glasses, as is, for now and if I decide to get some new ones in the future, I'll be back.

I set our appointments up about 6 months ago (when we KNEW we didn't want to go back to our last Dr.) The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My husband had an appointment at 9, mine was at 10. He said he wasn't taken back until 9:30 and was a little (annoyed?) with the wait. I didn't have as long of a wait, maybe, 10 minutes. All the staff here were simply wonderful! We REALLY liked Dr. Urias! He was so friendly and personable. Dr. Urias listened to my story of my previous nightmare-of-an-office-experience and reassured me that this visit would be different. AND IT WAS! IT WAS WONDERFUL. I have complete confidence in his knowledge. My husband dropped his eye glass Rx next door at Eye Mart. So convenient! Glasses within an HOUR! It was so bad, I just walked out ending my appointment even though it was of the utmost importance. The reason I was treated this way I am unsure.
