Rent is due in the prior month for the future month. (January rent is paid in December, etc) unlike regular commercial leases where rent is due on the 1st of the month. 2. You will need to pay an extra retainer deposit if you don't keep a stored default payment method on file. 3. If you keep stored payment information on file, they will defraud you and claim it is a "glitch". 4. Even if you change your stored payment method, they keep your old financial information on file that they have access to even after repeated attempts to removed any stored payment methods. I keep being told their system has a "glitch" and that is why they continually more than double bill me month over month and have to wait weeks to be refunded. Their "glitch" just takes random amounts that do not tie to anything and no one can offer any explanation as to why. They keep your financial information stored somewhere even if you remove it from your account. Want to speak to anyone at a corporate level? Good luck. Save yourself the headache and stress (and money).
