Great staff. Nice people. They have lots of glasses to choose from. I will be going back to get my eyes checked.

My lenses started to separate, not bad at first, but got progressively worse until I took them in. Apparently they are only warranted for two years and I had had them for two years three months. So, buy new ones and oh, by the way , prescription only good for two years so need an eye exam also. Told them, why would I buy eyeglasses from them that only last two years? read more

I went in to have my annual eye exam so I could get some new contacts. When I finished, the girl behind the desk wanted me to order through them, I said that wanted to get the best price so I was going to shop around. She said "why dont i order them in but won't send them or charge you until I hear from you." I agreed to do this. I was surprised when I received my 3 month supply of contacts in the mail a few weeks later. I was even more surprised when I called to pay the bill and it was nearly $400 after my insurance paid their portion. Im a single mom of two and an unexpected bill of $400 hurts, luckily I had an HSA that covered some of it. Steer clear of this place and their incompetent staff. read more

Just passing through in our motorhome and staying a couple evenings at the fairgrounds. My glasses needed to be adjusted in the worst way since they were hurting my nose and ears. The wonderful lady took me in to her area and perfectly adjusted and fixed my glasses and now I'm a very happy camper. She did a beautiful job cheerfully and did it for free. Thank you! Good friendly service. I haven't ever had my eyes checked except in school. But they were very high tech. Very knowledgable and didn't try to push glasses on me for just very minor nearsideness. read more

We were traveling through, staying in our RV, and my glasses were so loose they were falling off my face every time I looked down. In desperation, we went here in hopes that someone would be able to adjust them. The lady that adjusted them was incredibly helpful! She was very thorough and took her time to make sure they were correct before I left. This is definitely the best experience I've ever had with someone adjusting my glasses. If I lived in the area, I would most definitely go back. read more
