My experience in this shop wasn't positive at all. I am not coming back there for sure. In general, they did not show any respect for me as a client, adopting an attitude of "if you want you buy if you don't you can leave and we don't care".
First I went there do have an optometry appointment for glasses and contact lenses and at the beginning all was fine, the doctor was good and friendly (apparently) and because I wanted to order monthly contacts asap she recommended that I used some drops for my eyes before start using their contacts, because my eyes were extremely dry. All fine, we both talked and she told me to use the drops during some days, while she was going to order the contact lenses sample and call me when the contacts were available at the shop so I could go there, she would check my eyes again and then I could try the contacts.
I waited for 1 week almost and nobody called, so I went there to ask if they had any news. The gentleman at the shop (which I think it's the most rude person there) was trying to find my record and couldn't find it. After I am waiting for some answer about anything, he told me that something wrong happened with their order but didn't give any plausible reason, nor apologised. Then I said, well I am going in a holiday so I need contact lenses, do you have some daily ones that I can buy and take it with me during this 2 week holiday?
He said sure, but you have to wait for the doctor to prescribe it and I said ok (I was in my lunch break). The doctor met me and asked me to wait for 20 minutes while she was with another patient; I told her ok I go out to buy my lunch and I come back, and for my surprise she said "Ok but do not take longer than 20 minutes". Well, I still was there after 20 minutes and she wasn't ready. I waited 1 hour for her and was late for work. But still bought my contact lenses and asked them if they could finally order the monthly ones that I was waiting for 2 weeks already, so that when I return from holidays I could finally try them out and buy them. They said ok we will do it.
I returned from holidays, went to the shop and asked for the contacts. First, the lady that was there again took too long to find my records and when she found it she was like "Oh I find your prescription here but you didn't pay for the appointment" I said yes of course I paid, and she insisted that I didn't pay. I told her, listen, I got the receipt...And immediately she found some records of my payment. Regarding the monthly contact lenses order, they both told me they can't order anything without me having another appointment to measure my eyes, which I would have to pay again! I said thanks and goodbye. With all of these mistakes they never apologised.
