Spent…read more$6000 to have LVP flooring installed in 2022 and 3 1/2 years later, it is full of scratches and planks are popping up from broken tabs. Product is not as durable as it was promoted to be and our concerns have been brushed aside once they had our money. After 2 months, finally Steve came out and set an appointment for repair (that we have to pay for??). Tried to confirm the appointment the week before and again messages went unanswered. The day to fix the issue came and went--NO CALL, NO SHOW. Nothing at all from the company for the past 10 days from the original repair appointment date. Very disappointed in this local company and their service.
