After a couple of months I was disappointed in one of the pairs. The glasses felt two heavy and large for my face and kept sliding down. The frames were of good quality, but they just didn't seem to fit. I went back to Optics International, just to see if there was anything they could do to make them fit better. I explained everything to them, and could not believe when they said I could return the glasses and pick out another pair. I found another pair of frames and in about two weeks I had a complete new pair of glasses. I have never had another eyeglass company do that. I purchased glasses at another place several years ago and the plastic color on the frames actually pealed off and I had to fight to get them to replace the frames. I will definitely purchase all my glasses there from now on. The glasses may cost more than some of the cheaper places, but you get two pairs and the services is great and they back up their product. Well worth the difference in price.

Ben's office is the main hub for FedEx deliveries from my understanding…read more I've had two packages that were sent via FedEx, and held at Ben's office for me to pickup. First and foremost: get ready to drive. This place is far from anything that I've frequented. It's down on Kingsway, so don't go during rush hours as the limited parking will be full for sure. Now when I was at Ben's office, I instantly thought I 2 in the wrong store as this is a straight office supplies store. I asked an employee where the FedEx pickup was and she directed me to a corner of the store. The lady working the desk was having a debate with another lady behind the desk about the item number of Pens not matching the catalog. I listened to their conversation for 5 minutes until they figured out that they wouldn't figure it out.. One lady left and it was just the lady and myself. She was quite friendly and funny at times as well. It seems as the system they have in place is quite archaic as she hand wrote my name and tracking number onto some sheet. Overall I only spent 7 or so minutes there, but compared to how long it takes me to get a package from Canada post or purolator (less than a minute FYI), it has put me off ever using FedEx again.
