    Sent in a laptop for repair. Came back in a large box with zero packing with eletrical box flying…read morearound like a clothes dryer. Everything broken. It was in wifes name and they upsold her from the $1700 they would give us for the destroyed computer to a $3400. After 6 months it crashed on every program. took it in they updated and put in the wrong bad driver and sent me home. never asked my name or if i was a member. We took it back to the store in person 20+ times, had contact with them 40+ times, had it shipped to BC 3 times, had not one but two remote sessions where both techs asaid it was a lemon and should go back to the store to have it replaced. The store determined after having 6 of their best expert tech condemn it tha it is a small game that is the proble. the techs stripped everything off the hard drive and only installed Firefox. Every program crashed and with out the game ever being installed. Its not the game and the remote techs both said its a lemon and should be replaced. It has now been over FOUR MONTHS and i still dont have working computer. THIEVES! CON MEN! You cant call their stores. they cant ccall their stores or deptartments. They have no customer service to complain or settle a claim. IF YOU EVER WANT TO USE YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS MOB! BAD BUY! wORSE BUY. GEEK SQUAD CAN FIX NOTHING. When you give your computer to geek Squaad and they take it thru their little door its just a mail room where they ship it to BC to hopefully be fixed. You are better off to buy from Amaazon and have it show up at your door and if there is a problem ship it back and get another in a few days NOT 4 MONTHS! Leaches! BOYCOTT BEST BUY!!!!!!

    DO NOT BRING A MAC COMPUTER HERE. If I could have put zero stars I would have. The hell I went…read morethrough is long (read if you wish), but I never leave reviews so know my frustration is very justified, and I just really don't want anyone else experiencing this terrible customer service. The short of the problem is there is a huge disconnect between the front staff and technicians, so not only do your requests not always get to the technicians, but there is very little information given back to you on what was done with your laptop. Hopefully most mac users know to use a mac certified shop, but if not please learn it here (my boyfriend picked the shop else I would have never brought it here in the first place). Now to explain the specific rollercoaster I had. I have a 2015 mac and went in to get a diagnostic on the battery, and IF a replacement battery will fix the problem then I wanted to put a larger hard drive in. I showed up and all the above was done, but no communication was given to me because the front staff never knows anything so I just assumed this meant the battery would be fixed. Then i proceeded to bring my laptop back THREE times over the spring because the battery was actually worse, which was incredibly time consuming for me to do since I live 1.5 hr away. One of these times was completely wasted because apparently they didn't even look at the battery but only the other minor request I had. Finally I took it for a second opinion and they said they had put in a hard drive with an adaptor that pulls from the battery which is why it was always dying, I then emailed them multiple times with my solution and plan to buy the correct hard drive online, and then bring it to them to exchange so they could take back the original unit. After many emails and only one useless response I decided to do it myself and just return the hard drive to them, but despite my warning of what I was going to do they of course wouldn't accept the return because I had removed it instead of them. So I have now almost spent enough to have just purchased a new laptop.
