The dr was awesome and she took her time but the wait was long. I had a scheduled appointment for 12:15 and didn't get seen until 1. They want you to do all this extra stuff that's not necessary. Unfortunately, the Visio lab was unable to cut my daughter's glasses correctly despite multiple attempts. Visionworks fired the best and most helpful assistant manage that was trying to fix the problem. Unfortunately, there is one female manager who is extremely unkind and it almost feels like bullying. I returned my daughter's glasses and we are still waiting for a refund. It's not fun dealing with an assistant manager that is annoyed with you for returning glasses which my daughter couldn't see out of. Offices closes for no reason. They never go by their posted hours. I have waisted more time in trips than any other eye doctor ever. You have a better shot of catching a constipated man shit than you do catching this place open. Will NEVER buy glasses here again. read more

Visionworks is a fantastic place to get your glasses, it was fast, friendly and I recieved my glasses through the mail so I didnt have to make another visit. I recieved free cleaning products as well great instruction on how to care for them properly. I would highly recommend visionworks for anyone needing glasses in the future. I called to inquire about the special (buy one get one) and the soft spoken voice that answered the phone actually made my day (Her name is TAWANA) she made me feel like I should come into the store, when I didn't want to, just to see the different glasses that's on the special (which is all of them), I arrived at the store and met TAWANA at the front desk, YES! she still has the same soft voice! At first I was highly satisfied until I received my glasses and couldn't see well in fact upon returning about the issue I still cannot see as well as I should. I scheduled to have my eyes dilated and to check my glasses I was told my glasses were fine when I cannot see clearly so that is wrong and I never had my eyes dilated like I had requested. My fiancé had to take the day off to drive me from the doctor when I had my eyes dilated so he ended up taking the day off for nothing. All they did was adjusted the way my glasses sit and it did nothing read more

The selection is small. Even after insurance my bill was over $300 for one pair of glasses. I had to go back 2 times to have my glasses adjusted. One time I told them I really wasn't liking the transition lenses they said they could swap them out for regular lenses but I wouldn't get a price difference back since mine were already made. Bad attitude from many staff members. Doctor was nice though. Will not be going back here again. read more
