When a caregiver couldn't show up one day, the owner of the business came to fill in, but then put my father's disposable diaper on backwards and didn't even clean him properly! I know this because I was the next person to clean him. Another time, the owner was filling in for another worker and everyone in the room smelled that my dad had messed on himself but she said she couldn't smell it. Really?! She said checked him and he didn't. She even told my mom "You're his wife, you can check him and see If he did." After she left and I arrived from Fort Worth I cleaned him up. They posted job availability on Facebook with "no experience necessary - will train." They never trained one of the night time caregivers and my dad had a bad night once. The caregiver did the best job she knew how, but at the end of the day it was the business responsibility to train her or send someone with experience and they didn't. The owner then lied to this young woman and told her that we fired her!! She was so upset (and didn't believe the owner ) so she looked my mom up on Google to call and see if it was true. We assured her we did not fire her and that we were firing the company. My precious dad (who has dementia, but is very lucid in the mornings), my mom, and my 2 brothers and I talked about it and made the very difficult decision together that he would get better care in a nursing center and be happier there. We called and ceased services. The owner will tell you whatever she thinks you want to hear. Their intentions seem well meaning and great...but their follow through as a business of caring for seniors who cannot care for themselves absolutely stinks!

I had been working with Healthline Medical to get a new CPAP machine. I spoke with a young lady…read morethere on Thursday, during the call she made some comments that concerned me. Comments such as if I purchased a CPAP machine there then I would be buying the shell and not the entire machine. Sold separately would be items like the water chamber, the tubing, and the filter. I have used CPAP many years and I know that periodically you have to replace the water chamber, tubing and filter. I was totally unaware that this would be the case when purchasing a new machine. I felt this was not a fair way to treat a senior citizen so I decided to purchase elsewhere and cancel the order with Healthline. I have been a customer with Healthline in the past and either did not know they did this or they did not do it. Either way I gave three stars because they are a good company and maybe this was just a hostile employee. I hope to still do business with Healthline in the future just not with that particular young lady.

You feel like you are the only customer they have ever worked with and you are helped and always asked if you understand everything before leaving the store. Most rooms and hallways are carpeted but very worn/dirty. Clothes washer is broken and there's no sign. Clothes never get washed despite the service being "included." Disgusting. Attention: far below average. Had to make signs for basic habits because they we're changing our mom's clothes. Maintenance: below average. Toilet runs constantly despite being "fixed" a dozen times. Bathroom door falling off hinges, and is a major safety hazard. Price: average. Value for money: quite low. This is what happens when a greedy corporation takes money from old people and their families, but doesn't see fit to deliver.
