They gave us (my wife and I) Rude and controlling Julian. My wife and decided to get a new dentist and I had a filling to be filled and my wife had a cleaning on the same day. We let them know we will be changing Dentists on the day of our appointments. We were taken to a room and asked if we still wanted our cleaning and filling done and we said yes. They ask me to come to the room to get my filling done. At this point I was told from Julian that I didn't trust her and that she was NOT going to do my filling! My wife got her cleaning done but I was Discriminated by Julian by refusing to do my filling work! I was asked to leave!! NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE NO MORE!!

My hygienist, Amy, was remarkably kind and thorough during my entire examination, Dr.Skvor was very patient and gentle during my procedure, and the additional office staff were all welcoming and helpful. I am so glad to have found this place, where there is a genuine commitment to exceptional patient care and comfort. I am actually looking forward to the continuation of my entire treatment plan and having such fantastic professionals to care for me for the next three years!

My teeth have many issues, and Dr. Syrbu always presents me with options in each case. She provides sound advice in dental care, and is overall delightful!I have also always gotten good care from the hygenists I have worked with in the past, as well as the one I currently see. Lynne. I am very happy with this one and will continue…read moremy care here going forward (after trying a different clinic in the area, wish I'd started here first!). Jones Family is convenient to the east side/ample parking and reasonably priced. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and personable/kind... As were the assistants and hygienists I encountered. A couple added bonus points: the layout is more like individual rooms/better privacy for your appt + I never felt like staff were rushed, so it did not have that assembly-line feel like some dental offices do.
